1.PACKING. TRANSPORT.
The expenses of packing, transport and insurance, of the lot awarded or not sold, will always be at the expense of the winner / buyer, or of the assignor / seller, and of his exclusive responsibility the damages that could be caused to him during his transport.
The awardee / buyer, or the transferor / seller, is responsible for obtaining and providing, where appropriate, at their sole expense and charge, legal and administrative documentation, licenses and permits of any kind, including those of export and import, which are possibly required by the Public Authorities and Administrations, national and international, for the legal transport of the lots awarded and / or acquired in the Virtual Room.
We make available to our customers, the possibility of organizing the complete logistics of the goods and objects auctioned, awarded or not, that is, dealing with packaging, transport and insurance.
