18k yellow gold case. with nº 312991 and gold dies and brand. "Bombe Lugs" model.
Metallic dial, with Arabic numerals and gold dots for the hours, lines for the minutes, lance-type hands and seconds at six. Signed Vacheron Constantin, Geneve. Not original gold metal crown. Glass with possible micro-scratches.
Mechanical movement machinery, with free lever escapement and bimetallic, split and compensated flywheel. 17 jewels, temperature adjusted, caliber 458 / 3B and number 481912. Signed Vacheron Constantis, Switzerland.
Case size: 29 mm. in diameter and 31,7 mm. with crown.
Strap length: 23 cm.
Strap width: 1,6 cm. Italian leather strap with golden steel buckle, not original from the brand.
Weight: 27 gr.
