Saboneta and remontoir pocket watch, in 18k gold. with die-cut lids. Swiss. 19th century. Special bridge machinery, with split and balanced flywheel and anchor-free escapement. With devices to operate day of the week and day of the month. The watch has two dials, one at the front and one at the back. The front, white in color and Roman numerals, indicates the time with a second at six. The rear marks the day of the week and the day of the month with machinery in sight. Box number 6638. Outer covers with fine gold carvings, with plant motifs, and reserve of initials in white. Excellent state of conservation.
