Swiss Manufacturer - Jumping Hours and Minutes - Men's Pocket Watch. Ca. 1890.

POCKET WATCH FOR MEN, LEPINE AND REMONTOIR. Swiss manufacturer, identification by logo on the machinery. Date ca. 1890. Box and dust cover in silver stamped with nº 22677-5-EW. Fine engraved back cover with scrolls of floral motifs and cartouche with an engraved image of a dog. Sphere with oil on sheet metal representing wooded landscape, being the characteristics of jumping hours and minutes. The hour window at 12 o'clock, the minute window between 9 and 3 o'clock and the second at 6 o'clock. Pressing the pivot at 4 o'clock and the crown, the minute window begins to move, and then the the hours. Mechanical movement, with ¾ plate and bridge machinery, with cylinder escapement, balance wheel, spiral and normal regulation. Diameter 50mm without ring, and 69 mm with ring. Weight 105 gr. The state of the watches is: "In working order", however, it is possible that some may require a cleaning service at reception, due to their age.
