Luis Menendez Pidal

He was born in Asturias on August 15, 1861 but traveled through several cities in Spain during his childhood due to the work of his father's magistrate. There is not much information about the life of this painter who was born in Cádiz around the year 1840. Hardly anything is known about his information on his training, but, once finished, he worked as an assistant professor at the School of Fine Arts in Cádiz. Later he lived in Madrid and later in Barcelona, ​​a city where he spent the last years of his life dying in 1923.
